There are at least four groups named "Heaven." 1) Heaven was a heavy metal band from Sydney, Australia that formed in 1980. The band recorded three albums and toured throughout the United States during the 1980s. Since then, Heaven has maintained something of a fragmentary existence, with singer Alan Fryer reviving the name from time to time although no new material has been recorded since 1985. The group's original style was similar to that of AC/DC but in later years went in a more commercial heavy metal direction along the lines of Judas Priest.
Black 'N Blue was a Heavy Metal band that was labeled to be the "next big thing" in the mid 80's, but despite having a loyal fan base, they never broke through commercially.
The group was formed by Jaime St. James (vocals), Tommy Thayer (guitar), Jeff Warner (guitar), Patrick Young (bass) and Pete Holmes (drums) in Portland, Oregon in 1981. By relocating to Los Angeles, they made their debut on the first Metal Massacre compilation with the song "Chains Around Heaven", before landing a major label deal.

The name Atlantic may refer to four different bands: 1) A five-piece rock band from Melbourne, Australia. Members are James Bos (guitar & vocals), Dave Dullens (guitar & vocals), Ben Fielder (vocals & guitar), Vin Sadhai (drums), and Matt Whittle (bass).
ATLANTIC came together in the early part of 2009 as an off-the-cuff project for current and past members of Sunset Suicides, El Mark, nancythompson and The Glasses. Jumping into a rehearsal space to see what could happen, over the span of a few months the group of five busted out a bunch of songs that they were surprisingly proud of.
