Stargazer is a name of at least seven acts: 1) An Australian avant-garde black/death-metal group. 2) A UK deep house / future jazz production duo. 3) A Brazilian power metal band. 4) A German old school heavy metal band. 5) An Italian thrash metal band. 6) A trance act (aka Drax & Scott Mac). 7) A Thai drummer. 1) Stargazer of Australia (Adelaide, South Australia) is a Blackened Death Metal band formed in 1995.
There are, at least, three artists known as Playgroup. 1) A pseudonym of London, UK electroclash / electro house producer & graphic designer Trevor Jackson (aka UNDERDOG). Jackson also ran, the now defunct, Output Recordings. Discography: Make It Happen! (2000), Playgroup (2001, brought diverse influences, inc: funk, disco, hip-hop, electro & dub - creating an album that relies heavily on the past, only to reshape, with such vigour, that it might sound too modern, for its own good), several more releases followed, Reproduction (2004, a remix album) & Front 2 Back (feat. When "Funker Vogt" was founded in 1995 by Gerrit Thomas and Jens Kästel, nobody could foresee that, within just one year, it would grow into one of the leading electro-acts of today. Originally, it had been envisaged as just one more of Gerrit Thomas's many musical projects; however, the project took the world by storm and grew to become his main act. The members consist of Gerrit Thomas, Jens Kästel, Björn Böttcher, Frank Schweigert (who replaced Thomas Kroll in 2004), and Kai Schmidt. They all hail from the town of Hameln, Germany.
Ecstatic Sunshine is an ongoing musical project that began in 2005 as a guitar duo comprised of Matthew Papich and Dustin Wong (who has since left the project to pursue Ponytail and his own solo guitar musics). Ecstatics has released 3 LPs and 2 EPs since that time and has performed hundreds of shows in the United States and Europe with a revolving group of players. Currently, Ecstatics live performances are solo endeavors by Papich.

Mzaza is an alternative group of musicians playing folk fusion music inspired by the likes of Lhasa de Sela, Radio Tarifa, Manu Chao, Édith Piaf and Yasmin Levy. Current members are: Pauline Maudy, Greta Kelly, Jordan Stamos, Stephen Cuttriss, Tim Johannessen, Andrew Vievers. Mzaza explores the cross roads between ancient and contemporary melodies from France, Spain, the Balkans and the Middle East.
1. Travis is a Scottish indie/britpop band founded in Glasgow in 1990, composed of Fran Healy (vocals, guitar), Dougie Payne (bass, vocals), Andy Dunlop (guitar, piano) and Neil Primrose (drums). They have had a number of very successful albums to date: Good Feeling (1997), The Man Who (1999), The Invisible Band (2001), 12 Memories (2003), The Boy With No Name (2007), as well as a compilation album titled Singles (2004). Their most recent album is Ode To J. Smith, released on 29 September, 2008.
Stacey Solomon is a finalist on series 6 of The X Factor. She is 19 years old and a single mother from Dagenham. She auditioned in London, singing 'Wonderful World'. She is currently in the Girls Group, being mentored by Dannii Minogue. She is now not only the last remaining girl in the girls category, but the only girl left in the competition also. Stacey is currently through to the quarter finals stage of the competition and in the final of the show. She is battling Joe McElderry and Olly Murs to win the show on Saturday 12th December.
